Luke Carsto, LPC, NCC, CCTP

Luke Carsto, is a licensed professional counselor with about two decades of experience in the field of mental and behavioral health. He is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has dedicated his career to supporting individuals across the lifespan—from children to adults—through compassionate, evidence-based care. Luke specializes in treating a wide range of clinical concerns, including depression, schizophrenia, substance use, PTSD and complex trauma, anxiety disorders, OCD, personality disorders, disordered eating, and the effects of domestic violence. Known for his grounded presence, Luke brings a clinical style that is both compassionate and appropriately firm—helping clients feel seen and supported while also fostering accountability and growth. His ability to build strong therapeutic relationships has resulted in consistently high client retention throughout his career.

Luke currently serves as the Owner and Clinical Director of Eternal Renewal Counseling and is EMDRIA-certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based trauma therapy that helps clients safely reprocess distressing memories and build lasting resilience. His services integrate EMDR with supportive therapeutic approaches to promote healing, emotional regulation, and whole-person well-being.

He has served as the primary clinician for individuals under mental health commitments and those involved in behavioral health court in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Prior to licensure, he gained valuable experience as a psychiatric technician at Montgomery County Emergency Services and as Project Coordinator at HopeWorx.
