Meet Amy

Amy (she/her) is a compassionate and experienced trauma-informed yoga instructor dedicated to creating safe and supportive spaces for healing and self-discovery. With extensive training in trauma-sensitive practices, Amy combines the wisdom of yoga with an understanding of the nervous system and the effects of trauma on the body and mind.

Amy empowers students to reconnect with their bodies, regulate emotions, and build resilience through mindful movement, breath, and other grounding practices. Her classes are inclusive, non-judgmental, and designed to honor each individual's unique journey toward wellness.”
